Family Fruit Carving Lesson

This past week, I went down to the Montana to visit with extended family and to get away from some of the cold weather in Sicamous, BC, that’s still the norm at this time of year. While there, some of the family showed interest in learning some basics of fruit carving, so I decided to do a casual lesson for them!

For something simple, we selected watermelons, and created flower carvings out of them. We then cut up some extra watermelon, added a few bunches of red and green grapes, and here is the final result!
