Pandan Leaves in Thailand

Pandan leaves are used to make many different foods in Thailand. It is a very exotic plant and us used to flavour everything from desserts and cakes to making cold or hot tea from boiling it’s fresh leaves.

Other uses include beautiful and simple flower arrangements, like the one shown in the photo, or even as a fragrance for the car or bathroom once the leaves have been dried.

The pandan only grows in Thailand and Hawaii and other tropical locations, and has a wonderful fragrance.
