Thai Creations Fruit and Vegetable Carving at Loblaws Grand Opening

Last Friday, Loblaws City Market had it’s grand opening in North Vancouver. Sam from Thai Creations was there, with a full display of her unique Thai fruit and vegetable carvings. A table was set up near the entrance, and people were lined up out the door for the actual store opening that morning!

Many shoppers came through to check out the new store, and also stopped by to talk to Sam and find out more about her carvings, and also to watch as she carved various fruit – papayas, radishes, cantaloupes, watermelons, mangos, and more, right before their eyes!
