Halloween Scary and Sweet Pumpkin Carvings
Well Halloween is just around the corner again, and I’ve seen some incredible and fun pumpkin carvings that have been put together so far this month. A couple of nights ago, I went to my son’s place in Vancouver, and we did a few of our own pumpkin carvings to put out front.
While many like to carve something a little more on the scary side, this year I opted for a pumpkin that would be a little more pretty instead. And here is what (or should I say who) I came up with – I’ve taken to calling her Esmerelda. She has a little flower in her hair, some fabulous jewelry, and long fake eyelashes for a little extra flair!
If you would like to learn how to do your own fruit and vegetable carvings, contact me and register for the last possible class this fall in Vancouver as I’m heading back to Thailand shortly for the winter! The lessons will take place this coming weekend on November 2nd and 3rd.
