Merry Christmas from Thai Creations!
This year, for the first time in awhile, I was in Vancouver for the holidays. The last few years I’ve been traveling back to Thailand during the winters, to enhance my fruit and vegetable carving skills and spend time with my Thailand family.
However, this year, both my son and daughter were in Vancouver, and I decided to stay in Canada as well to see them altogether for the first time in 4 years. To help celebrate Christmas, I carved a centrepiece to take to my son’s fiancee’s mother’s house for Christmas dinner. To do so, I carved some beets into roses and watermelon into leaves, adding in some live vegetation to add to the mix.
Here is the creation that I came up with!
Hope you and your family are also enjoying a fantastic holiday season this year. Wishing you all the best to you this holiday season and thank you so much for following along this year. Here’s to an amazing New Year and may 2015 bring you everything you wish for and more!
