Family Reunion in Terrace, BC

Over the weekend, my extended family all went to Terrace, (a small town in the far northwest of BC, near the coast) for a reunion. We haven’t been to the town where I raised my two children and spent over 20 years when I first came to Canada from Thailand.

The second evening of the reunion, we all gathered at a family member’s house and had a BBQ. Here is the watermelon fruit carving that I made for the event:

We had a wonderful and busy weekend, fishing along the Skeena River, climbing and hiking through Exstew River and Falls, and driving around to all the places we used to spend time at when living in Terrace.
