Last Vancouver Thai Carving Class of 2012

Last weekend, before I headed out to Thailand for the winter, I held one final Thai fruit and vegetable carving class in Vancouver for the year. As I’ll be away until the Spring of 2013 (where I’ll also be fine tuning my skills, picking up more tips and tools for everyone back in Canada, and really just having a great time in the tropical weather with family), I wanted to make sure to get in one more session before being away for quite a few months.

For this class, I had a couple of beginner’s students take part, and they came up with these wonderful creations!

Don’t worry, just because I’m not in Vancouver doesn’t mean I’ll be gone. I’ll keep you updated with new articles, including some instructional videos in the coming weeks and months! I’ll also be around to answer any questions, and will start booking classes for my return in the spring.
