Fall 2013 Carving Class Results!

It’s been awhile since I’ve managed to make a post on my site, as I have been traveling a lot to Hawaii and back this summer. Now, I’m back in Vancouver for a couple more weeks before heading back to Thailand for the winter.

Check out the pictures from my recent carving class this past weekend, and if you’ve been waiting to register, don’t wait too much longer! My last available carving lesson dates are November 2-3, as I will then be in Thailand until Spring 2014, when they will resume.

As you can see, we worked with some fall vegetables this time around – mainly focusing on carrots, zucchini, and a variety of squash.

Next week, keep an eye out for some pumpkin carvings that I will be creating just in time for Halloween!
